Bungie Account and Profile Data: When you sign in with Bungie.net, we receive information needed to identify your Destiny account and create or retrieve your Killclip account. This may include your Bungie or Destiny membership identifiers, display name, display code, and related account details returned by Bungie's APIs.
Authentication Cookie: When you sign in on our website, we set a first-party cookie that stores a signed Killclip account identifier so we can keep you logged in across visits without requiring you to sign in every time. This cookie is used only for essential site functionality, is not shared with third parties for advertising, and currently lasts for up to 180 days unless you log out or clear it in your browser.
Preference Cookie: On killclip.com, we also set a first-party cookie named killclip_default_streak_seen to remember whether you have already seen the default streak view. This cookie supports the website experience and currently lasts for up to one year unless you clear it in your browser.
Local Storage: On killclip.com, we use a browser local-storage key named welcome_banner_dismissed to remember whether you have dismissed the welcome banner. This stays on your device until you clear your browser storage.
Optional Social Account Connection Data: If you choose to connect X or Discord for Killclip bonus features, we may store the account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, and connection status needed to verify that connection and keep it active.

Payment and Billing Data: When you subscribe, purchase, or manage billing through Stripe, Stripe processes your payment and billing information. We may store related subscription, customer, product, and billing email details needed to manage your Killclip subscription.
Email Address: We collect your email address when you subscribe to Killclip Plus/Pro, sign up for Killclip emails, or use email-related features so we can complete the transaction, confirm purchases, send invoices, verify your email address, and communicate updates about the service.
Video Metadata and Game Data: When you scan videos using the Application, we collect metadata and data related to the Destiny 2 game content featured in your videos. This may include data generated by us or data publicly available via Bungie's APIs.
We use collected information to create and manage Killclip accounts, keep users signed in, remember website preferences, process transactions and subscriptions, verify optional email, X, and Discord bonus connections, provide and improve upload, download, and clip-sharing features, measure site usage and marketing performance, and communicate with you.
Your information may be shared with service providers and platforms that help us operate the service, including Bungie for sign-in and game-related data, Google and YouTube for analytics, advertising measurement, and embedded media, Stripe for payments and billing, and X or Discord if you choose to connect those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our users and our services.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information but cannot guarantee its absolute security.
